Monday & Wednesdays 6-7 & 7-8pm BEGINNER LEVEL Mark teaches a friendly beginner pick up pace which is relaxed, unlike other classes where you may struggle, he takes his time and teaches to counts and left and right leg direction. IDEAL for starter or those returning after a break! THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR FITNESS, SLIMMING AND TONING UP!
