The Layout

Fleur talks us through one of the tougher moves to conquer in jazz and commercial dance and is level 4+ depending on how high you kick and how far you bend back.

If you're not very flexible and/or you're a beginner, then this move is too advanced. If you've been dancing a while or do gymnastics, you should be ok. Make sure you're fully warmed up especially your legs, neck, torso and back before attempting this and keep your back bend small and leg's low if you're new to the move! Wink

I want my body to make fit ....for hip pop dance...or locking... my stomach and chests are ..littil loose can I make them tight
